privacy-policy

Natural Glow Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the blog and website at naturalglowhub.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our Site, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data transparently and in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

Effective date: June 3, 2026

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

Natural Glow Hub is operated by an individual based in Bulgaria (European Union). For the purposes of the GDPR, we act as the data controller of the personal information you provide through this Site.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, you can contact us at:

Email: info@marina-mlad.com

2. Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to provide. Specifically:

a) Email sign-ups

When you subscribe through one of our opt-in forms (for example, to receive a free guide or our newsletter), we collect:

  • Your name (or first name)
  • Your email address
b) Blog comments

If you leave a comment on one of our blog posts, we collect:

  • The name you provide
  • The email address you provide
  • Your IP address and browser information (collected automatically by our website software to help prevent spam)
  • The content of your comment

Providing a name and email when commenting is required so that we can display and manage comments; your email address is not published publicly.

c) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our website software may automatically collect limited technical information through cookies necessary for the Site to function (see Section 6). We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, or behavioral profiling on this Site. However, our Site contains affiliate links — when you click an affiliate link, the affiliate network or merchant may set their own cookies to track the referral (see Section 7 for details).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information you provide to:

  • Send you the free resource or newsletter you requested (if you opted in)
  • Display and manage comments on our blog posts
  • Protect the Site against spam and abuse
  • Respond to your questions or requests
  • Improve our content and the experience we offer

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — when you voluntarily submit your details through a form or leave a comment, you give us consent to process that information. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 9).
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our Site, including protecting it against spam, in a way that does not override your rights and freedoms.

5. Service Providers & Third Parties

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, only to the extent necessary to operate the Site:

  • Web hosting — our Site and its database (including comments) are stored on our hosting provider’s servers.
  • Email marketing — systeme.io — when you subscribe through an opt-in form, your name and email are stored and processed by systeme.io as a data processor to deliver the content you requested and our email communications. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
  • WordPress and related plugins — our Site runs on WordPress. WordPress and standard anti-spam or comment-avatar services may process limited commenter data (such as email or IP address) to display comments and filter spam. We use such services only for these purposes.
  • Affiliate networks and merchants — when you click an affiliate link on our Site, you are redirected through one of our affiliate partners (see Section 7). These third parties may collect limited information about your click in order to attribute any referral. They act under their own privacy policies, not ours.

We share your information with these providers only as needed to provide our services, and not for any other purpose.

6. Cookies

Our Site uses two types of cookies: those that are strictly necessary for it to function, and those that require your consent.

Strictly necessary cookies (set automatically):

  • WordPress functional cookies
  • Comment form cookies (only if you leave a comment)

Cookies requiring your consent (set only after you accept via our cookie banner):

  • Affiliate tracking cookies — when you click an affiliate link, the relevant affiliate network and/or merchant (such as Awin, YesStyle, or Amazon) may place their own cookies in your browser to attribute the referral and any resulting purchase. We do not control these cookies; they are governed by the privacy policies of the respective third parties (see Section 7).

We do not use advertising cookies for our own marketing, remarketing/retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics cookies for behavioral profiling on this Site.

You can manage your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in our footer. Most web browsers also let you control or disable cookies through their settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the Site function or whether a referral is correctly attributed when you click an affiliate link. their settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the Site function or whether a referral is correctly attributed when you click an affiliate link.

7. Affiliate Links and Programs

Our Site contains affiliate links. This means that when you click certain links and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate commissions help support the Site and the content we create.

We currently participate in (or are in the process of joining) the following affiliate programs:

  • Awin — an affiliate network through which we partner with brands such as YesStyle.
  • Amazon Associates — Amazon’s affiliate program, including (but not limited to) Amazon.com.

When you click an affiliate link on our Site:

  • You are typically redirected through the affiliate network’s tracking system before reaching the merchant’s website.
  • The affiliate network and/or the merchant may set their own third-party cookies in your browser, and may collect limited information about your click (such as referral source, click timestamp, and browser/device information) in order to attribute the referral and any commission.
  • These cookies and any data collected through them are governed by the privacy policies of the respective affiliate networks and merchants, not by us. You are encouraged to review their privacy policies on their official websites.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

For our full disclosure regarding affiliate relationships, editorial independence, and the nature of the content we publish, please also see our separate Disclaimer and Disclosure page on the Site.

8. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected:

  • Email subscribers — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
  • Comments — comments and their associated data are retained so that we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments, unless you ask us to remove them.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from our active records, unless we are required to keep certain information to comply with a legal obligation.

9. Your Rights Under the GDPR

If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — to ask us to delete your personal data, including comments you have left.
  • Right to restrict processing — to ask us to limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a portable format.
  • Right to object — to object to our processing of your data, including for direct marketing.
  • Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@marina-mlad.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Bulgaria, this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP / Комисия за защита на личните данни).

10. Your Rights Under CalOPPA (California Residents)

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. If you are a resident of California, the following applies to you:

  • You may browse our Site anonymously, without providing personal information unless you choose to subscribe or leave a comment.
  • This Privacy Policy is accessible from our Site and explains what information we collect and how we use it.
  • We will notify users of any material changes to this Privacy Policy by updating it on this page (see Section 13).

Do Not Track signals: Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. Because there is no industry-wide standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. We do not track our visitors across third-party websites for our own marketing or behavioral profiling. Please note that affiliate networks may set their own tracking cookies when you click an affiliate link, as described in Sections 6 and 7.

Third-party links: Our Site may contain links to other websites, including affiliate links. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.

11. International Data Transfers

Because we use service providers and affiliate partners that may store or process data outside of your country (for example, on servers located in the United States or other regions outside of the European Union), your information may be transferred internationally. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards in line with applicable data protection laws.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@marina-mlad.com and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
